Our Policies

ENROLMENT

There are no contracts to sign. The minimum age is 12 years old. Classes are 55 minutes long, and start 5 minutes after the hour (first 5 minutes are practice time).

TUITION

Must be paid in full prior to the course commencing. Students should arrive 10 minutes before commencement of the first class to enable registration and payment of fees to take place without encroaching on class time.

PRE-REGISTRATION

This is recommended. It can be done through our web site, by phone (01558 650786) or by email, it minimizes class time taken for administrative procedures and guarantees you a place in class.

REGISTRATION

At first class. Come about 15 minutes before start of first class to register and pay tuition.

WITHDRAWALS

Tuition paid in advance will be refunded in full if withdrawal is before first class. Otherwise, withdrawals are allowed only at end of first class, minus cost of first class.

ABSENCES

We have an accelerated curriculum with a sequential progression and we expect students to make every effort to attend. When an absence is unavoidable, 24-hour notification, prior to your scheduled class, is required.

Students falling behind through absences can book a 'make up' lesson at current private lesson rates.
