For couples and singles wanting dance lessons in the Caio, Llandovery, Llandeilo or Lampeter areas:

Want to sign up for a new dance class, keen to learn to dance but don't have a partner? To enable us to plan future classes we need ensure there is enough interest for a class to run so please fill out the registration form below if you definitely want to join a class. You can register to join the following types of classes and we will contact you when/if we get enough to start a class:

Beginners: - For people who have either never danced before or have dance but have forgotten most of what they learned.

Improvers: - For people who have mastered the basic steps in the ballroom and/or latin dances and now want to improve their technique and learn figures at a slightly higher level.

Variation class: For more advanced dancers who perhaps no longer attend regular lessons but still want to learn new figures to enhance their dance routines.

Medalist classes: For people who are interested in the being assesed on their ability and having something to show for the effort they put into their dancing - the medal route allows a more structured progression to the highest level of achievement.
